The company's founding team has directly managed the design, commissioning, and after-sales support of complete heat pipe and vapor chamber production lines at globally recognised thermal management manufacturers, including Foxconn, Nidec, Furukawa Electric, Cooler Master, Huawei, and Samsung. This accumulated production knowledge forms the technical foundation of CoolingThermal's product and service offering.
CoolingThermal's initial product portfolio covers the complete heat pipe production sequence (11 stations) and the complete vapor chamber production sequence, with all machines available as standalone units or as integrated complete production lines.
