As one of the world's largest and most internationally attended trade exhibitions, the Canton Fair provided CoolingThermal with a significant platform to connect with procurement teams, production engineers, and business development representatives from thermal management manufacturers across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
CoolingThermal's exhibition focus centred on three product categories: complete heat pipe production lines for sintered wick copper heat pipe manufacturing, the 4-station vapor chamber vacuum degassing machine (DLK-VCZK4-A), and the vertical diffusion bonding furnace for copper VC production (DLK-VCKSH1-A). A recurring theme in buyer conversations was the industry's shift toward higher-specification VC production for AI server and high-performance computing applications.
