Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Before Shipment
Every automatic riveter undergoes a full Factory Acceptance Test at our Kunshan facility before dispatch. All parameters — CAD positioning accuracy, CCD vision correction function, electric cylinder pressure calibration, rivet type switching, and real-time monitoring system — are verified against your confirmed specifications. You are welcome to attend the FAT in person or via live video.
On-Site Installation & Commissioning
Our engineers travel to your facility to install the machine, load your product CAD programs, calibrate the CCD vision system (if applicable), and commission the riveting cycle with your actual workpieces. We do not sign off until the machine is producing to your required positioning accuracy and pressure consistency targets.
CAD Program Setup & Operator Training
We provide hands-on training covering CAD program loading and editing, rivet type setup, CCD vision parameter adjustment, pressure monitoring interpretation, and routine maintenance procedures. Complete technical documentation is provided in English.
Long-Term Maintenance Support
